RETURN POLICY

Silver package and Autoimmune Secrets Cooking Class (Digital Products)

  1. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to have a refund issued for your Silver package or Autoimmune Health Secret Cooking class and we will help you.
  2. Product returns are available within 60 days from the date of purchase.
  3. Once we received your request we will initiate the refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
  4. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Platinum and Gold Package (Printed Books & DVDs)

  1. Your order begins processing immediately after you place the order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  2. Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted. Once orders are sent, a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, so please make sure to fill out your correct address when checking out. Goodness Lover will not be held responsible for any deliveries made to an incorrect address.
  3. Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. If you notice that the package and products were damaged during shipping, be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours upon receiving the items.
  4. Product returns are available within 60 days from the date of purchase.
  5. Refunds will not be issued for returned product without a return authorization. Contact us at [email protected] for a return authorization before returning any products. Please also be sure to return your product in a timely manner once authorization is given.
  6. All costs associated with returning the purchased items to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you. The return shipping should also be arranged by you.
  7. When you return your package, be sure to add a note that includes your order number, name and email address.
  8. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will initiate the refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days. (less shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee) with the terms below:
    • You must have the original packaging for the item
    • Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes, as this will affect the value of the product.
    • Merchandise may not be returned with missing parts or components
    • All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition
